Laws
The laws set forth are upheld by the Members of the Imperial Remnant. They are the highest code's of conduct throughout the Remnant Empire.
Class One Laws:
False Reports - Lying in a report to a Commanding Officer (or XO) is punishable in one week confinement or 50,000cr fine. A Justice or Prefect of Law may try the accused in open Court.
Using Remnant Ship for Personal Use (URSPU)- Using faction hardware can be acceptable at times but if the act is not confirmed by a CO or XO; a Justice or Prefect of Law may try the accused in open Court.
Class Two Laws:
Conduct Un-Becoming of a Officer - Any Officer found fraternizing with his underlings without knowledge of the High Command is subject to Court Martial, Dis-Honorable discharge, or demotion in rank. Optional by High Command to be Tried in a Court before the Council, Supreme Commander and Procurator of Justice.
Accepting Bribes - Accepting bribes is as near to treason as you can get. This is a act in which the suspect will have known he was committing such an act and is trialed by the Procurator of Justice.
Extortion and Hostage Taking - Considered a lowly pirate practice the Remnant finds this act intolerable. Trialed by the Procurator of Justice.
Class Three Laws:
Theft - Any person found committing or planning to commit theft in Remnant space is serviceable to a minimum of 18 month(s) in confinement. Tried in a Court before the Council, Supreme Commander and Procurator of Justice.
Pirating - Any person found attacking, threatening or boarding a vessel without due permission of the Remnant Government in Remnant space is subject to be put to death. Tried in a Court before the Council, Supreme Commander and Procurator of Justice.
Bribery - The act of attempting to bribe members of the Remnant is a act of dis-honor and is punishable to 3 months confinement. Tried in a Court before the Council, Supreme Commander and Procurator of Justice.
Murder - The act of Murder is the highest dis-honor in a Imperial Territory, the suspect would be tried in a Court before the Council, Supreme Commander and Procurator of Justice.
High Treason - Clear evidence pointing a suspect to have betrayed information, planning murder or spreading lies about the High Command is a result of high treason. Tried by the Supreme Commander.
Class One Law's can be punished in credits or time (50,000cr or more minimum)
